Emqx JWT auth , return not authorized

I have configure the jwt with public key , but when I try the client login I got not authorized error !!
the jwt token initiated with a same configured key … I need your help where to find the clear logs and help to solve the issue

What is the EMQX version you are using? You can find the log location in this doc.
